530e Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing users’ use of the 530e platform in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any services provided.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity conducted through your account—whether by you or others who gain access—is entirely your responsibility.

User Obligations Regarding Account Security

Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Notify the 530e support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Do not share your login information through unsecured channels such as unencrypted text messages or emails.

530e is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account information. Any disclosure of your password to third parties is at your own risk.

Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the 530e platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or activities that disrupt systems or other users is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 530e.
Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform’s security systems.
Engaging in identity fraud, falsifying documents, or providing false information during registration or verification.
Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to others without permission.
Engaging in any money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the platform.

530e reserves the right to investigate and take action against any violations of these rules, including suspending or closing involved accounts and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

Payment Information and Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on the 530e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds belong to themselves and are sourced legally.

Deposit

Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including DuitNow and other supported options. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may change from time to time. 530e reserves the right to reject or refund any deposits suspected to violate these terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed according to current procedures set by 530e. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved. 530e reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity or term violations are detected.

Bonuses & Rewards

All bonuses, promotions, and VIP rewards are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the offer. 530e reserves the right to change, add to, or withdraw any promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Important Transaction Notes

530e is not responsible for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review their payment provider’s terms before making transactions.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

530e is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or device damage. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Account Suspension and Closure

530e reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice for any breaches of these terms, suspicious activities, or upon request from relevant authorities. Any valid balance in closed accounts will be handled according to 530e’s internal procedures and applicable laws.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 530e customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 530e platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names—is the exclusive intellectual property of 530e or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Applicable Laws

The 530e platform may contain links to third-party services. 530e is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
